As reading specialist, I taught both classes of fifth, third and first grade
struggling readers at the end of the day. Both fifth and third worked
fine...our state testing scores continued to improve even though reading was
taught
at the end of the day. First grade was a nightmare, though! It may depend on
the ages of the students and how the class is taught

My "gut" is that the last period of the day is not
optimal but would appreciate feedback from this group!
Thank You!
