This adds additional complexity, but it may be possible. If this is
implemented, we will have to make sure that if we accept a post that doesn't
contain a pointer to the FAQ, the URL is automatically appended at the end of
the message. (Since the FAQ contains information necessary to post, its URL
must be present in every post, even in posts that are bypassing the original
check.)
