It still is. Like Asa said, Composer is really nothing more than the browser,
but in reverse. Rather than the HTML coming in, being rendered, and presented to
the user, the user creates the page, gives it to the renderer, and then may save
it to disk. Composer is NOT an intergral part of the browser, the browser is
integral to Composer.
