Well, if Mozilla can detect that the code is intended for NS4 (which is 
not always possible) it would be possible for it to do what NS4 did. 
(with quite a bit of extra code).

HOWEVER, this is unlikely to happen - Mozilla does not support 
proprietary extensions to standards (with very few exceptions).

The reason for this is, I suppose, to make people use the standards; 
which is a good thing, because standards are documented, proprietary 
extensions not usually.
