Thanks Ian, I had not previously looked at the bug tracking system and I am impressed by its professionalism. I guess I should learn to use it. I find the pcworld problem particularly depressing. That is not a very wonderful firm, but it is a large supplier of equipment in this country and, one which has become willing to stock linux books and software and even (I have heard), some dedicated machines. I think that the site is a relatively recent design - their old one was just a map and some 'phone numbers. If they are not w3c aware, who can we expect to be? > There is not much more we can do > though, these sites are both sending mozilla pages designed for netscape > 4, and we don't want to go back to all the problems which that rendering > engine had. Well, I suppose that you would know about the problems. If it is the same engine as was present in the Widows version, howeve, I have to say that from this user's point of view though, it seemed to serve me well enough. Regards, Geoff
