note that mozilla 0.7 will be a "best of recent builds" release. at
some point around christmas we will identify the best recent build and
put that in the release directory. mozilla 0.7 will not be listed in
the target milestone field or keywords. the next milestone that bugs
should be targetted against is probably either 0.8 or 0.9
our primary reason for doing a 0.7 build is to encourage those people
who download only milestones and report bugs to get something more
recent than Mozilla 0.6 (a build from the the MN6 branch corresponding
with the Netscape 6 release).
