[MP3 ENCODER] A good paper, and toolame02h

Hi all,
        Found a very nice 60 page paper with overviews of lots of current
algorithms, techniques, models & codecs.  There are *8* pages of references (405
references in all).  
Painter, T & Spanias, A., "Perceptual Coding of Digital Audio", Proc of IEEE,
Vol88 No4 April 2000. p451-513.

        In other news, toolame-02h is out with a bit more speed, and tables now
included in the exe.
