expected to publicly support all decisions made by the State Party.

you are reading. But please unfurrow your brows! This is only the FIRST
plan put forward, and it is a long and winding road. The process could take
up to five years only to be settled in the courts. So sleep well tonight
knowing that there are many debates to come."
