Your part about the Twins being a community asset was
right on, Dean, but the rest of your post made no
sense. Private concerns (persons, businesses) must
abide by legally binding contracts, including leases,
or risk litigation. Nor does one need to be a
community asset to be required to obey local laws. I
just didn't understand the end of that particular
sentence.
