But the policy in Minneapolis is that the ticketing agent puts a number on the ticket and it is circled. That is the amount of signs he or she could see posted on the street when writing the ticket. I think life is so hectic sometimes folks don't see the signs and sometimes people don't care. I can't tell you the number of folks who were tagged and towed not once, but several times over the course of the winter.
