I agree with Jay Clark! I drive my son to the
Richfield High School every day from the West Bank. I take 35W there and
return on Hiawatha. There is absolutely no logical reason not to move the
traffic through at 55 MPH. With usual caution and only walking
across on a green light, pedestrians will be just fine!
