Did I miss something? Is that what Jay Clark was advocating for? Jay will you please restate your earlier position related to Hiawatha Ave speed limit. Barbara are you advocating for a 55 mile per hour limit on Hiawatha Ave? Thanks for your work.

There is absolutely no logical reason not to move the traffic through at 55 MPH.
