I am very supportive of the Marina idea. Our little
piece of the Mississippi has been underutilized since
the grain mills stopped operating. A Marina puts
income on the River and I believe will make the
housing developments the city placed along the river
even more attractive and valuable.

Stillwater and Hudson seem to have profited nicely
from having a Marina along the St. Croix. The summer
brings a great number of leisure activities that
correspond with the whole boating scene. Why not
Minneapolis? It's just one more way to keep us the
funnest city. Go Irwin!!!
