This in a neighborhood with 4500 kids under 18.
We've got a great little Tot Lot just built a couple years ago here in Loring Park. Only prob is we don't have a real surplus of tots. Virtually none would be a real good estimate. The money for that , not to mention the new very expensive addition to the Park House (gonna be used for--------?) probably would have been enough for a great start on aging Jordan.
Terrell Brown had a good essay on this in the Skyway News a few weeks back, maybe Mr. List could reprint it here for members that don't pick that rag up.
