I'd walk a mile for a Camel--except it is so hard breathing through this
stupid tube in my chest since they took out my larynx with that throat
cancer.  Not to mention the missing lung from lung cancer and that pesky
emphysema in the one that's left.  Then again I couldn't very well light up
even if I managed a mile, not with this oxygen tank I have to drag
around.........

But, dammit, where's the harm in smoking?
