WM: Has it occurred to anyone else that there are many people working in restaurants who also smoke? I know that one restaurant I use has a staff and owners who mostly smoke. They use each of their regular breaks to smoke. This isn't rocket science. There is a compromise already being made by restaurants without any assistance from a law, an ordinance, or anything else. It seems to me that you're really arguing over control of the bars.
