What I cannot understand the logic of is the traffic light at 26th and Hiawatha, the left turn from Hiawatha onto 26th st. arrow. I drive there to visit friends, and it seems that I am stuck there for over 10 minutes while the traffic going north, south, and west move within a reasonable time. Sometines there are 1 or 2 lrt trains, sometimes none. It is very frustrating.
