Such a board would be WAY too expensive for it's functionality.
The best solution is to NOT want to create high quality samples on
the MSX. Do like I do: Use a modern PC to generate/sample your sounds
and then use them on the Moonsound.
Or go to a friend who has that PC.
Sometimes a simple solution is the best solution.
