Sometimes. But you forget some people don't like the PC environment and
would prefer to create with their MSX.

Of course. I think the best solution would be a more complex cartridge
including a MIC IN apart from other goodies. A simple stereo ADC/DAC
sampler/player with a MIC IN and a couple of LINE IN sockets, for example.

They became very popular, very simple (and very cheap!) for Atari ST and
Amiga. They were mostly parallel port based, but since the MSX printer port
is output only they cannot be used in this computer.
