Try to put your partitionized MSX HD into your PC.
Maybe the PC can read the partition table made by IDEFDISK, then copying is
simple and fast.

If it works with IDE i don't know 'cause I don't have one,
But with a BERT-FDISK3.0 formatted SCSI HD it does.
