seems to be o.k. however 3.0V is a bit low , charge it for a few hours
and it must be 3.5 V when off . on pin 18 of the rtc must be 3 V when
off
and 5V when on . and on pin 2 must be 0v when off and 5 v when on.

it's 32.768 Khz (very common type)
