That would be easy, really. The most time consuming
part of the process would be to place the fragments of
text back to the place they were meant to be found.
I've changed the text on some MSX ROMs before, but I
hope Konami has not encoded the text on their games
somehow. If the text can be recognized as strings in
the binary file, that's easy. All you gotta do is to
edit the ROM with elVIs (vi).
