I think it's worth the efforts of discussing these methodologies with all hardware developers. Of course, in the beginning, this discussion will not be easy since most FGPA developer have already put a lot of efforts in their work, and they probably don't feel like changing to a different methodology for nothing. But the efforts of changing to a standardized methodology could lead to rapid realisation of a one-chip MSX. At least, that's the way I see it.
