Well I have some theories, and a few odd facts that may help: 1. The entries go into the phone without dashes in the number, but in the palm they have dashs. (i.e 213-555-1212 vs. 2135551212). 2. Multisync points out this difference and asks me what to do, and I always say "use entry from Palm for all problems" > you should turn on > debugging and see if anything looks suspicious.
