Ooookkkkay. After some research I finally got to the bottom of this. It turns out the only entries being duplicated fell into the category of: - had a first name but no last name - Appeared on the phone with the names reversed to the entry on the palm (instead of just appearing in both forms, one of the forms would receive an additional copy each time) Once I added a last name of "??" to the 8 entries that had no last name, and got rid of the "almost the same name" on the phone, and then cleared all the duplicates, I now appear to be able to sync without duplicates. -- Phil Dibowitz Systems Architect and Administrator Enterprise Infrastructure / ISD / USC UCC 174 - 213-821-5427
