Follow-up Comment #4, bug #18293 (project mypaint):
Resizing toolboxes with the patch seems identical to normal windows, both
with and without the compositing plugins. Appearance and snapping act just
like any other window.
Tested in Kwin, compiz, and metacity.
Let me know if you need anything else tested.
