Follow-up Comment #8, bug #18293 (project mypaint):
I would not use the WM close button for toolbar snapping-in, it should remove
the window and the contained UI elements. Also, not all WMs have close
buttons.
I think the current situation wrt to moving is perfectly acceptable. I'd be
ok with removing drag snap-in and the extra titlebar in window state too. Or
just remove the extra title widget, but still allow that area for drag
snap-in. This way it is still a supported interaction, just considered to be
secondary to the button snap-in, and thus not critical that it is not that
discoverable.
