Ah shannon sounds like a great place to work. Stay There!!!!!!!!!!
So hard to find a great place to work. And you get all the nail
clients!!! WOW, sounds to good to be true!!!

Just stick with it like others have said. But got something else you
might think of. While you are trying to build now, start thinking
about 6 months from now. Then in 6 months, start getting ready for
the ped season for the next season, always think 6 months in
advance. This is what manufacturers do, even the entertainment biz.
The Christmas decorations out in August, they probably started
planning in January for the next season. Christmas specials on
t.v./albums/movies are done early, for the next season. Swimsuits
out in the spring were probably designed in the fall.

I started my bling nails in October, to learn them and to start
promoting. I have already started working on Christmas designs in my
head. My point is, when the season(Christmas, peds, proms blah blah)
is ready to hit, You are ready!!!!!!!!!

You could start thinking about fall promotions now. Tweak these
promotions/new services thru out the months. Our biz is an on going
biz!!! We all have been there, we all have lost clients thru this
recession, but we are becoming a lost breed, and it is worth the
wait. Not many going to "nail" school any longer and the customer
WANTS quality. diana from indiana
