Ugh!!! Lynnette... I hope you get the rest you need and deserve. Some people just suck. I remember one time I was very sick, and I called a client to tell her I could not come in the next day. She actually accused me of LYING. I could barely SPEAK, I was so sick... and I am *NEVER* sick. If I am cancelling you because I am sick, then I am seriously super sick, because, hello?? I DON'T MAKE MONEY IF I AM SICK. People seem to think we get "sick days". Riiiiiight.
I yelled at someone else's client once. It was very satisfying. I worked in a salon with 5 other techs about 10 years ago, and one of them went to the ER. I was tasked with rescheduling her clients. All of them were totally understanding except for one, who was like, "SERIOUSLY??? Who is going to do my NAILS?!" I said, "one of the other techs here can do your nails, we have time X, time Y, and time Z available today, and time A, and time B tomo..." and she interrupted me with, "Oh my GAWD! NONE of those times work! This is SO inconvenient for me, I can't believe this!" That is when I went off on her :) I have no idea if she ever came back or not, as her normal standing was on a day I didn't work. The nerve of some people!!!
