A few years ago we had a fire next door. I'm standing on the sidewalk in
front of my shop w/ the windows and doors smashed, the stench of smoke all
around me and I'm crying. My first client of the day walks up asks what
happened and then asks me if I can go inside, get my tools and do her
service at her house!!!!! WTF!!!!!

Fortunately, I have wonderful loving clients that I count as friends, even
if only while they're at my table, and they FAR outnumber these selfish
types.
