I use the CND Cuticle Remover on everyone... and I do a "waterless" mani. I remove old Shellac, apply solar oil, file nails, apply cuticle remover, do cuticle work, apply Almond Scrub, send them to wash and scrub with a brush, use Scrubfresh, and apply new shellac. Then solar oil and massage.
