how do they propose to do away with cosmo licensing while retaining mani and 
esthi licensing? Will that mean you won't need a license to do hair, but if you 
HAD a cosmo license you'll have to GO BACK and get a mani and/or esthi license 
to continue to legally perform those services? Or does IN actually seperate 
hair/nails/skin so cosmos can't perfrom ALL services, just hair?
 
Y'all might be aware that I am total Devil's Advocate on this issue-- I think 
licensing is a waste of tax payers' money-- but it doesn't make sense to keep 
some licenses and not others.
