Katherine, Please, don't let her ignorance get to you... It is not worth the stress. You have educated her already, it's up to her learn and utilize it. I used to cringe when that happened to me, but with time, patience, and self-talking (assuring myself that I have done my best, and that some people have their own mindset), I REFUSE to let it get to me.
Like you stated, if she calls for an appointment, specify the process and the price. If she complies, Bravo! However, if she still praises about the other dude, just zone that part out, take a pic of her yellow dented crapola nails, and take a picture when it's all gone (after a few of your services). That will wake her up!
