Quick Spaghetti
Size : 4 servings
1 pound lean ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce -- 8 ounces each
1 can tomato paste -- 6 ounces
2 3/4 cups tomato juice -- or water
1 packet seasoning mix sliced
black olives, optional
mushrooms, optional

Brown ground beef in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Drain
excess grease. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomato juice or
water. Stir in spaghetti seasoning mix. Add any extras you care to
use. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. It
takes as long to make the sauce as it does to cook noodles.
