Recipe of the Day

==============

Mexiburgers
This recipe was given to me by a co-worker of my ex's about 35 years
ago, all the family likes it better than Sloppy Joes. I have tweaked
the recipe a little; the original called for a pinch of garlic salt,
but after using the celery salt I substituted garlic powder , as I
have to watch my salt intake.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon B.B.Q. Sauce (any flavour)
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 onion, chopped fine
1 can Tomato soup
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

Crumble ground beef, brown. Add rest of ingredients, As soon as it
starts to bubble turn heat down to low and simmer for 1 to 1-1/2
hours. This allows all the flavours to mingle.
Serve on hamburger or hot dog buns.
