Let's just say that Mike and I disagree about its likely utility.
The problem basically boils down to ESP's not policing their users.
That's a social problem, not a technical problem. Wholesale
wheel-reinvention is not the answer. That and the people pursuing this
are extremely dismissive and don't have a good track record, cf ARC.
