Hi, I'm new to the list - I searched the archives and didn't see where my question had been discussed before, so I'll ask it here, sorry if it has been a topic before. I have a friend with a Series III console with two bad output channels, 17 and 18. The inputs are all OK, and can be assigned to any channels other than 17 and 18. We can assign any input to 17 and 18 and all we get is hiss. I have the full schematics for the console, and it looks to me the problem is likely with the output amp on the track assign module. The question I have is how to best access that module, it doesn't appear as though it can be removed from the top of the console like the inputput module due to all the bus wires running between the modules.
