Hi Bill I have reconstructed all my S3...hiss, it's probably a burnt IC, between the chain channel> bus, could be either the 2.2mF capacitor, if the change, nothing happens, you should check the bus module, also using TL084. To access this module, you will have to carefully disassemble from behind the console, be careful, because a small cable connects all buses! If you make a mistake you can disable 1 or more channels!
