Greetings again!
I just spoke with my client and got a bit more info about the problems. The console is about 15 years old and has been well taken care of; no smoke, etc.. However it seems the faders are no longer responding to spray/clean/treat. Has anyone done a fader replacement on one of these desks? Are the faders mounted to a separate sub board or to the larger channel group boards? I'd already suggested exercise for the many pots. Any tips appreciated.

BTW, I'd love to convince him to go with a modular Neotek, but that't not going to happen!

Greetings,
Thanks for the replies................first, it's actually a 32 x 8 not a 24. Next my question is HOW to get to all the darn pots. It seems to me the only way is by complete dis assembly from the underside; am I correct? So, I was looking for an easier access path to get to the pots......................
Thanks!

Hi Jim,
I have been having good results with Caig F-5. Haven't used
Cramolin or R-5 as it's called now in ages.
best,
Ike
