Contrary to what Caig might have you think, R-5 is NOT Cramolin!
Cramolin and Caig parted company about 20 years ago. I believe you can
still get Cramolin in Europe and some claim it is superior to R-5. I
have never A/B'd the 2 formulas but they seem to work similarly. The
matching B-5 preservative also works well, as does the gold formula.
YMMV!!
The F-5 is amazing on seemingly dead faders. I have even resorted to
the 100% fader lube once or twice for truly bad cases.
