A word of caution I think the Duncan faders have a different screw hole
spacing than the Alps and P&Gs. So you might need to replace the fader
plates also. I'm not 100% sure of this I just know I got some duncan
faders as spares and the plates they came with were not interchangeable
with the Alps or the P&Gs that I had.
To answer your question I would think that replacing the Duncans with
P&Gs would be worth the effort. It's more a matter of whether or not
it's worth the cost.

faders are obviously much smoother. The caps are a little fatter which I like
better. If you have the money it's a definate upgrade. I remember that swapping
them out is a very simple 3 pin molex connector. Also having the board be modular
in my mind is the first hill to go up with out being modular it's really really
difficult. Either way what ever the time and money these boards are well worth it.
