Hi Steve,
     Good plan, for a Neotek. Unfortunately not an option with the Mackie under 
discussion as the faders are mounted on the circuit board. 
       That said, I have some new P&G 3000 series 10k faders going for cheap if 
anyone wants to do what Steve did  with their Neotek.
