I think you're barking up the wrong tree here. The Amiga market is
still active ( ooopps, no pun intended ;-) but it is VERY VERY small.

Your product range has not changed for a very long time, so don't you
think that everybody who owned an Amiga and was ever going to "get on
the net" has probably done it by now, using your products or not.
I think your lack of sales recently could be an indicator of this.
There can be hardly any "new" users entering the market nowadays,
nobody knows that you can even still buy an Amiga, let alone use the
Internet with it.

Plus alot of people are awaiting things like OS 3.5, the Boxer
( still ), and even NetConnect v3 - so they could be just saving their
money for one of those fairly significant releases - I know I am.

Why not expand your product range ? How about selling "Net-Ready"
A1200 packs and advertising the bollocks of your company to anybody
who will listen ( that means ANYBODY not just "Amigans" ?

How easy is it to purchase your products around the world, in Europe
and America particularly ?

I'd be really sorry to see you drop out of the Amiga market. I know
that in this newsgroup ( and probably everyday on the phone ) all you
seem to get is hassle from people whinging about how things should be
better, without ever saying thanks for the things they've got. I've
seen you lose your rag in this newsgroup more times than I can
remember, but I think that it's very understandable.
Very few people in here are big enough to offer you the praise you
deserve for giving the market such a professional and brilliant
product as NetConnect. OK so there are bugs, but I can accept that, I
don't think I've ever used a software package on any platform that
hasn't got bugs.

In short there seem to be /some/ very ignorant people in this
newsgroup, too quick to criticise and too stubborn to give praise
where it is due.
NetConnect transformed the way I used my Amiga. It
instantly became a useful tool instead of a toy soaking up money for
no apparent reason.

THANK-YOU !!!!

I think alot of people in here might wish to say thank-you for
NetConnect too, if they ever took their blinkers off and thought about
what using there Amiga was like before they installed it.

Please ignore the short-sighted mwho whinge at you. They
obviously can't get it into their thick heads that you are not some
kind of Amiga charity, you are trying to run a business and make a
living. I say sell your software to anybody who'll buy it ( on any
platform ) if it means that it will fund the development of your Amiga
products.
