So would I. Active really do deserve to do well, but if they did drop out of the
market, however sorry I was, I could not blame them.

True, but if (and I apologise if I am wrong) you are including Mike Carter in that, I
can only say that I really do enjoy reading his E-mails (not only to this list). He
seems to know his stuff, and isn't afraid to say what he really thinks.

Same here, I couldn't agree more. If it wasn't for the reviews of Netconnect saying
how easy it was to set up and use, I would never have considered connecting my Amiga
to the internet. Yes, sometimes Voyager just locks up or crashes the machine
completely, but considering what it can do, it's only a minor irritation. It's still
the best of the three browsers, and is a thousand times better than I expected it to
be. Most software has a few bugs (user errors in Microsoft speak). The most stable
software I have ever owned was DPaint III for my old A500+. Daniel Silva is one hell
of a programmer.

Yes, THANK YOU, Chris, and all the other people involved with the Netconnect software.

Yes, bloody limited to say the least. I could not begin to describe the difference
Netconnect has made to my Amiga's usefulness.

It's the only way I can see any Amiga company will survive. Over the last few years
it's been a mystery to me how any of them have made enough money to advertise in the
magazines.
I know it's an unpopular opinion, but even with AmigaNG supposedly on fast track
development, I think the end of the Amiga's era is in sight. I just can't see it ever
again having the support, development, hardware and software that it once had, and
nowhere near the amount the PC now enjoys. Please don't flame me for my opinion. *I
don't want it to be this way*, but I can only see support getting less and less.
All the best,
Keith.
