The average home PC is a lot higher than this. Hell, even two years ago you
could buy much faster machines than this...and as most games require P-2's,
I guess people have upgraded.
Also, don't forget that due to the modular PC design, it's very easy to keep
components and, say, upgrade the motherboard, memory and processor.
I would guess the average machine is nearer a P-2 233Mhz, 16MB. I think
assuming that most people only have an 133Mhz (and 'average' means that over
40% of the entire UK) is exaggerating just a tad ;)
Hell, I could make a 400Mhz K6-II based machine, with 32Mb of RAM for about
�300, or less.
