Well obviously you are not even advanced enough to read because I said don't NEED it,
this was not a dismissal, simply a statement of fact, you also cut the part of the
message in which I explained what these options did. These tools are generally used for
fault finding, in which you need to be fairly advanced to understand the output for
diagnosing problems etc. I repeat if you are not an advanced user you do not need these
tools.
