No, and I can't understand why people don't follow this (see the VML). This
library is used by many other apps (Vapor apps), including textinput. Due to
this, and as someone is most likely to be running some kind of other
MUI/vapor app, the library will still be resident in memory.

Therefore, for this library, the only two solutions are quit every MUI/Vapor
app and then do 'avail flush' or reboot.
