Didn't work for me when I was trying different libraries with updating
Cmanager 1.0. The NetConnect set is so tied together that you can never be
sure  whether there is something still holding any library.  Frinstance.
Genesis opens CManager library. For all I know just having LastUser in
ENV : might  keep a grip on some of them.

I could have gone through with Scout or SytemInspector, but reboot was quicker and
easier and a lot surer.
