Sorry to hear of your troubles.
In the January issue of AFormat, which of course was on sale in
December, they advertise "Netconnect 3 software (upgrade (UK
pounds)34.95 - send old disks) 49.95", and only NC3, as far as I can
see, so which one did you pay for?
Phone them up again and point out to them, about their advert, and say
that there is no mention of NC2 still being sold.
My advice, to anyone locking horns with a company, never threaten them
with 'Trading Standards' or phoning magazines, they only get stroppy.

Advice', please give them a donation, people tend to forget that they
are a charity. Show them the advert, give them all the information you
have, 'CA' will telephone the company for you and they often get
results, as they do this type of thing all day every day, and companies
listen to them. You could try your insurance company, as they often have
a free advice service. If you write to 'Eyetech', send it recorded.
