It might be worth a try speaking to the advertising dept. at the mag
with the article(AmigaFormat/ AmigaActive etc.) in; I had a problem a
few years ago with an Amiga dealer, and on contacting CU Amiga (RIP)
advertising, they liased with the retailer and managed to get be a
refund for me.
I am really surprised to hear about Eyetech though, I've always been
really impressed with them in the past.
